Operator support
Support for Your Existing Truck
Adbox does more than build trucks. If you already own a mobile LED billboard truck, we can help you get more out of it — software setup, display configuration, hardware upgrades, route setup and ongoing technical support, from a company that builds and operates these trucks itself.
Already have the truck
Already have the truck. Upgrade the platform.
Most operators do not have a truck problem — they have a platform problem. The vehicle is fine, but the software is improvised, the display mapping was never done properly, the playback workflow is slow, or the setup falls apart under a real campaign.
We work on the parts that decide whether a truck is sellable to a professional buyer: how the display presents, how creative is loaded and scheduled, how the truck is routed and supported, and how quickly problems get resolved when the truck is out working.
Because we build and operate our own trucks, the recommendations come from running this equipment every week, not from a catalog.
Software and display
Software, playback and display configuration.
Platform-agnostic support focused on the configuration you already have.
Software setup and configuration
Getting the software side of the truck configured properly so the display, playback and day-to-day operation behave predictably.
Media player and playback workflow
Playback-software setup, scheduling structure and creative workflow so loading a campaign takes minutes, not an afternoon.
LED controller configuration
Controller setup and troubleshooting so the display drives correctly and stays stable through a full operating day.
Screen and cabinet mapping
Cabinet mapping and screen layout so the panel reads as one clean, correctly ordered display.
Resolution, canvas and multi-output
Canvas sizing, resolution and multi-output configuration where the setup calls for it, so creative fills the screen as intended.
Hardware
Upgrades that are actually worth doing.
Scope is evaluated per truck and per setup. We recommend the most useful path rather than a rebuild for its own sake.
Hardware upgrades and replacements
Practical recommendations on what is worth upgrading, what is worth replacing, and what is fine as it is.
Control hardware and media players
Upgrade paths for control hardware and media players where the current setup is limiting how the truck can be sold and run.
Networking and connectivity
Connectivity setup where appropriate so the truck can be reached, updated and supported while it is out working.
Operations and support
Route setup, diagnostics and ongoing support.
Practical support that keeps the truck sellable and working in the field.
Route and mapping setup
Route and mapping setup for day-to-day operations, planning and campaign documentation.
System diagnostics and troubleshooting
Structured diagnostics when something is intermittent, unstable or nobody can say why it fails.
Remote and ongoing support
Remote support when an issue comes up mid-campaign, plus ongoing partner support for operators who want a long-term relationship with Adbox.
How it works
We evaluate the setup before we recommend anything.
Start with a support consultation. We look at your existing configuration — display, controller, media player, software and how the truck is operated day to day — and tell you where the real limitations are.
From there we recommend the most useful software and hardware path for your situation. Sometimes that is a configuration fix. Sometimes it is a targeted hardware upgrade. Rarely is it a complete rebuild, and we will say so when it isn't.
Scope and cost are evaluated per truck and per setup rather than quoted from a list, because no two operator setups arrive in the same condition.
